Do you find Topaz can de-noise a JPG just as well (or relatively well) compared to the RAW file? BTW - I am not 'well paid' by DXO! I use the tools that work best for me yes, extra work in workflow but worth it. Note that for Topaz noise reduction I utilized Lightroom as the raw processor.
